Current Studio is a movement and meditation space rooted in pilates, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and spiritual growth.
Inspired by natural rhythms — the swing of the tides, the continuous breath, and the innate intelligence of the body — our practices emphasize strength with ease, presence over performance, and awareness over force.
